Size of the rooms , It was a master Room and a living room which was really nice. The location is really great to Malls and markets. The locations is also close to my clients in Jeddah which made it easy to reach to them .

Staff very friendly and helpful, both receptionists and housekeeping will try anything to help you. Location is perfect, inside andulus mall, and 10 minutes walk to salam mall (just cross walking bridge). It's great value for price.

Very big room, large carpark, good breakfast with diversified choice, next door of Andalus mall, easy car access, nice and clean rooftop swimming pool with a part for kids. our son got a free toy gift for Eid.

I am a Hilton member. I booked a suite room because i recently recognized that Alandalus Mall Hotel is going to be promoted to be one of Hilton network. Thus , i had a good experience with the staff . Ms Ahlam and Mr Alrajhi were decent, humble and cooperative. Rooms are clean and calm. I am pretty sure that this hotel will move to better service soon.

SUHOOR CLD BE BETTER VARIETY SPREAD, IFTAR WAS NOT APPLICABLE FOR MY PACKAGE, ROOM SIZE NICE, BUT NO SEPARATION BETWEEN KITCHEN & BED IN MY 1ST DESIGNATED ROOM, TILL UPGRADED TO THE 9TH FLOOR ROOM THAT HAS SEPARATE BED ROOM

Everything was perfect. Don't get discouraged by tiny and old fashioned reception, and you will find yourself in a very clean, well equipped apartment in a handy location and marvelous breakfast, with offered products even being changed daily. You might not be able to enter the hotel from mall at the first time as room card is needed, unless someone else leaving lets you in.

The breakfast was good staff were nice specially Mr Rasheed was helpful and have talks with customers know them by name The boy for the luggage was very nice has colored eys from Bangladesh I think
